If payment information submitted makes it impossible or impractical for SellMyTees to receive payment (for example, account lacks sufficient funds or incorrect payment information provided) through no fault of SellMyTees's own, the customer agrees that SellMyTees may add an additional charge to the order to recoup costs associated with processing or attempting to process such a transaction.
If SellMyTees fails to receive payment, SellMyTees may assign its claims to a debt collection agency and transfer the personal data required for collecting payment to these third parties.
